The dacian hot pepper therapy against SARS

Warning! We do not advertise a universal treatment against cold, but the majority of people who use it did not have illnesses related to cold for many years. Peoples that have allergy to hot pepper DON'T USE this old dacian therapy. Try to treat the allergy first.

The persons who travel in countries that face SARS need to have a good immunity system. If you would like to improve it we strongly recommend the following method:

- Daily lubrication using the hot pepper juice on the area of the following Chinese acupuncture points from the channel I of lungs. Lieque (L,7), Jungqu (L,8), Taiyuan (L,9). Don't be scarred if you start to feel the taste of the hot pepper in the throat. Everything is all right. If the lubricated area remains hot after some hours, try to handle it and use the same therapy until these "burnings" disappear. .

- In case that your immune system is very weak try this method on some other Chinese acupuncture points: Hegu (LI,4), Zusanli (S, 36) Gaohuangshu (B, 43). If your yang system fall use: Fengmen (B, 12), Feishu (B, 13), Fenchi (G, 20), Fengfu (Du, 16), Hegu (LI, 4). If your yin system fall use: Dazhui (Du, 14), Quchi (LI, 11), Yuji (L, 10), Shaoshang (L, 11) Hegu (LI, 4),

- The one that is strong enough to stand some other methods can try washing the area down the ankles using hot pepper water solution (use 2-3 peppers in 3-4 liters of warm (almost hot) water and leave it for approximately 5 minutes).

But even if the areas hurt you while sleeping you must handle it because it will help. When you start to cough don't hesitate to lubricate, also using hot pepper juice, the points from the down area of the ear. You can also press (using the middle finger) these areas. Adding a small part of a pepper in the tea is also a good method.

Try not to become fat. Do as many body exercises as you can. Wash your legs every evening. And of course try to meditate in some quiet place, especially in mountains.
